Description: Kitchen, bathroom dining room remodel

Description: The plumbing will consist of disconnecting the 1st floor 1/2 bath from the plumbing system. the kitchen sink piping will move over 4 ft to the right. the sink is not vented so we will pipe a new vent up through the roof. a new bathroom will be added to the first floor which will have a new acrylic shower, toilet, lav, and a stack-able laundry. the 2nd floor bathroom remodel will have a rubber base with a valve & trim, a free standing tub, toilet, and lav sink. the gas piping will include increasing the main from 3/4" to 1" pipe to the meter. we will cut & cap the gas range and dryer for demo. then we will pipe the dryer and stove to there new locations. we will also repalce the 1/2" line to the water heater with a 3/4" line to meet code. the water main in the basement will be upsized to 1" to handle the additional plumbing fixtures. on the heating scope we will disconnect two radiators for demo. the 1/2" heat line in the corner of the bathroom will be re-piped in the wall using 3/4" copper. the kitchen radiator will move about 12 feet, we will run a new line to the boiler
