I understand that I am paying NewEnglandFacts.com to perform a search on an individual, based on information I provide. I agree to pay for reports ordered based on my queries even if no records are found, or if I enter incorrect information.
7. Refund Policy.
I understand that NewEnglandFacts.com does not refund purchases or membership charges.
I agree to indemnity and hold harmless NewEnglandFacts.com and its officers, directors and employees for any claim for damages resulting from information derived from searches I performed on the Website. I agree that NewEnglandFacts.com is not liable for any monetary damages resulting from information derived from searches on its website. I understand that NewEnglandFacts.com data comes from public records, and that NewEnglandFacts.com cannot guarantee that all information is completely current or accurate.
